This programme will also boost many of your personal skills – such as improving your confidence, your communication, responsibility, reliability, timekeeping, pushing your personal boundaries, working as a team and problem solving.

A fundamental part of each programme will be to work with you on looking at further training and/or work options for after the training programme. This will include CV’s, career guidance and various personality profiling tests to help you understand what careers or courses you are best suited for.
